In this plan, I will offer a nutrition / training protocol tailored specifically to building muscle mass. Building muscle takes time and consistency. With my guidance, I will hold you accountable for doing so with weekly check in's. This will allow us both to track your progress at a steady rate.
My contest Prep package will deliver everything you need to get you ready for stage. Week to week check in's, video calls, posing critiques, supplementation, and of course a nutrition and training protocol.
